Membership Information

The club is one of the oldest in the country and exists to encourage all types of motorcar and motorcycle sport and to support and further the interests of the motorist. The car section and the motorcycle section both organize many sporting events during the year of a varied nature. The club also has a full program of social events to which all members are invited.

Car section meets on the first Wednesday of every month at the Abbeydale Sports Club, Abbeydale Road South,Sheffield from 8.15p.m. All members are welcome at these meetings where future and past events are discussed and regulations for future events are available. Members also receive The Gazette, a magazine published monthly at the beginning of each month, which contains a round-up of past and future events in addition to articles and photographs from members of the club.

• Full Membership £15.00
• Please note. Full membership can now include your spouse or partner and any person in full-time education. Please state names if required.
• Student Member (in full-time education) £ 5.00

The application form together with the appropriate fee should be sent to the membership secretary for nomination at the next car section committee meeting. Cheques and Postal Orders to be made out to "Sheffield and Hallamshire Motor Club Limited".
