Welcome to Sheffield & Hallamshire Motor Club. Founded
in 1904 we are one of the most historic clubs in the country,
and have been involved in everything from Rallying and Racing
through to Sprinting and Karting. Currently we organise several
stage rallies and sprints each year in addition to a road
rally and our involvment at The Rally Show at Chatsworth.
We also organise The Hope Motor Show, a huge event for
classic and modern cars and motorcycles.

Alexander Calder Financial Challenge Dates Announced
The dates for the 2012 Alexander Calder Financial Challenge have been announced. The club will once again take part, and is organising three events this year. As in previous seasons, the Challenge will form the backbone of our own President's Championship.

Upcoming Events
Our next event will be the first round of the 2012 ACF Challenge / President's Championship. This will be a Scatter organised by Rotherham Motor Club, and will take place on 16th February. |

Following that, the club's Annual Dinner & Awards Presentation Evening will be held on 17th February at The Sitwell Arms. As usual, we would like a really good turn out for this event. Tickets should be ordered from Mary
Jones,
and depending on your Club Reward Scheme discount will cost a maximum of
£15.00.

Meetings
The Club meets at Abbeydale Sports Club every first
and third Wednesday of the month. Informal Open
Meetings take
place on the first Wednesday, where club members can
chat about upcoming and past events. Committee
Meetings take place on the third Wednesday, but all members
are welcome and encouraged to come along. |
